To your becoming.
Sabina Beachdell

Who am I?
I am a student and artist of life. As an insatiable seeker of truth, my own personal struggles (both internal and external) have led me to this work today.

I spent the first 30 years of my life in extreme anxiety, constantly over-analyzing all of my interactions, my behavior, the behavior of others, and all of my thoughts. Those thoughts were usually cruel and uncomfortable, creating what I used to call 'the torture chamber of my mind.'

I desperately wanted to believe that there was a way out. By the time the voices reached peak volume, I knew I couldn't keep living the way I had been.

I turned to therapy for the first time in my life, and opened the floodgates on a lifetime of repressed feelings, emotions, and big and little T traumas.

I realized that most of my discomfort was coming from triggers that I was not equipped to work with as they came up. I discovered that the extreme discomfort in my body was information trying to help me heal, but I didn't have the tools to listen to it, learn from it, or work with it.

Therapy started the process for me. I found a yoga studio and forced myself to sit in meditation. I began to find moments of peace and space I'd never known before, but I was still struggling and experiencing intense discomfort in my internal world daily.

So I went deeper.

I studied the energy of the body and worked with the Last Mask Center in Portland to learn more about internal landscape exploration and how to listen to and work with those painful physical sensations that often arose in relation to the painful thoughts.

This work led me to the ICF-certified coaching school Academy for Leadership Coaching & NLP, which offered an opportunity for me to train directly with professional coaches, experience many hours of being coached through my own struggles, and learn tools, exercises, and practices for how to hold space for others moving through similar processes.

I graduated ALCN in the winter of 2020 and have been applying those tools on myself and my clients ever since.

My results?

I rarely (if ever) experience anxiety anymore.

I know how to regulate my own nervous system when I get triggered, and even more so, how to be with and move through those triggers so that they occur less and less frequently, and with much less of an impact on my daily experience.

I regularly live in a state of ease, comfort, and presence- my biggest dream.

I actively manifest what I want and need in life, now that there's room for me to use the power of my mind to focus on creating those wants and needs.

I have a direct source of my own inner knowledge that guides all of my actions.

I have learned to speak the language of my body so that I receive direct information about what I want and need in any given situation or choice point.

This has become my state of being. And if this is what you want, I would love to help you get here.

It is possible to live at ease in your own experience and create the life of your dreams.

I know. I did it. And you can, too.
I am here to help you wade through the caverns of your interior world and find a lasting sense of peace and purpose. Through my own work inside the deep and dark places, I have learned a wide compassion and a powerful sense of ally.

My lifetime of self-guided study and various masteries has been professionally honed through ALCN's high-level coaching school with a strong emphasis in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (the how's of using neuroscience to rewire the brain) and somatic-based tools to fully unite the body and the mind in the transformational process. The result is my work here today.
I strongly believe that you do not have to be alone in the hard and uncomfortable work of becoming, nor do you have to figure it all out on your own. If we are to enact the kind of change the world needs, it's time to unite and heal ourselves together. I'm here to help.
